Sr Financial Analyst

Description

We are seeking a driven & capable Sr Financial Analyst to work closely with our leadership team to develop financial models for both short and long term business and financial goals, assist in the evaluation of business opportunities, and drive new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial forecast model and models for various business units and projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for financial analysis.

• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.

• Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

• Work closely with executive teams and stakeholders to unify departmental objectives, culminating in a single model of goals and expectations

• Build and maintain reporting for our Finance and Leadership teams

• Define and track goals for Engineering, Quality, and Product leadership

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

• Partner with the business on deep dives and high impact growth strategies

• Analyze data, trends and variances, anticipate business requirement, and build insights for the business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related analytical field

• 7+ years of experience in financial modeling

• Proven hands-on experience building budgets and forecasts

• MS Excel expertise

• US Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in finance, accounting, economics, or a related analytical field

• Advanced knowledge of analytics software such as Power BI, Alteryx, or similar

• Private Equity experience
