Sr Manufacturing Leader

Description

Peak Nano has an immediate need for a Sr Manufacturing Leader whose key responsibilities would include, but would not be limited to:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies to align with company goals, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Operations Management: Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety to ensure optimal performance.

• Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Team Development: Mentor, train, and lead a team of supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control operational costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high production standards.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, engineering, quality, and other departments to improve processes and resolve issues.

• Technology & Innovation: Identify and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation to enhance production capabilities. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and drive efficiency improvements.

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and safety standards.

• US Citizenship.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.

• Background in automotive, aerospace, medical device, or high-volume manufacturing.

• Experience in automation, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation initiatives.
